Members could are should:

• Treat other members as important.
• Be enthusiastic and help each other.
• Make suggestions at meetings.
• Give all new ideas a chance.
• Reach out to new members, while seeking out potential members.
• Go to sisterhood functions.
• Are involved and participate in programs.
• Get out as much as they put in and put in as much as they get out.
• Are NOT afraid to volunteer on committees. To chair committees, or (even to) SOLO committees!
• Can offer their houses for meetings, discussions, & events.
• Are leaders past, present, and future.
• Learn more about B'nai Israel Synagogue, the Sisterhood, and of course, Judaism.
• Are public relations representatives for B'nai Israel Sisterhood AND our Synagogue.
• Avoid committing Loshan Hora.
